Push notification tokens (via Firebase Cloud Messaging, used to send important updates)

2. How We Use Your Information

To track and manage employee attendance
To verify user location during attendance marking
To allow file upload and download required for work purposes
To send important notifications and updates via Firebase push notifications
To improve user experience and ensure security of the App

3. Location Permission Disclosure

The App uses foreground location access permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) solely to confirm your location at the time of marking attendance (punch-in/punch-out). Location is:

Accessed only when the user initiates the attendance action
Not collected continuously
Not used for background tracking
Never shared with third parties

4. Storage Permission Disclosure

The App requests read and write storage permissions only for:

Uploading files/documents related to attendance or HR management
Downloading files provided by the employer

We do not access, modify, or share any personal files outside of these specific functions.

5. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. Notifications may include attendance reminders, approval updates, or important company announcements. You can manage or disable notifications through your device settings.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your data. Data may be shared only in the following cases:

With your employer or authorized administrator for attendance management
When required by law or government authorities
With trusted service providers (e.g., Firebase) for App functionality, under strict confidentiality agreements

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all risks.
